Mercedes SL600 S600 M120 Smog Air Pump Delete Kit (replaces A1201400485)

M120 engines in the W140 S600 and R129 SL600 with M120 engines are quipped with a smog air pump (OE part number A1201400485). This delivers additional air in warm up phase to shorten heat up phase of the catalytic converter. This pump tends to fail and cause additional defects within the pulley drive. With our kit installed you can fully delete the pump.

This delete kit can be installed in the following models: R129 SL600 and W140 S600 with M120.981, M120. 982, M120. 983 and M120.984 engines.

Important Notice: The delete kit influences the emission control of the combustion engine. Therefore the system may not comply to local rules and regulations. Especially on some cars with extensive emission improvement equipment it may cause the check engine light to flash (US and Japan).
