Many Mercedes Wolf windscreen frames become rusty in the lower beam section without renewal of the conservation. When the rust damages are too significant restoration of the lower beam section is necessary. Mercedes only sells a complete windscreen frame for a four-figure amount.
We offer a repair panel, which replace the inner side of the lower beam of the folding windscreen frame. The panel is even longer than the complete frame width. Therefore it can be welded in from side to side.
Our repair panels are made of 1.0 mm thick sheet metal. The sheet metal is galvanized and precisely manufactured with low tolerances.
