The original Mercedes W460 and W461 fenders are often rusted in the area of the headlight housing. This is mainly due to the fact that the housing is spot welded to the fender. If the body sealant tears, penetrating water will cause rust between the sheet metal layers. To perform a perfect restoration the housing has to be cut off. The rust must be removed and a new housing has to be glued or welded on the fender.
For this work, we offer OE quality headlamp housing.
