Puch 230GE Cover Plate for Double Rear Bench

If you are the owner of a Puch 230GE from the Swiss Army stocks, you know the problem. The rear folding seats have a cover plate mounted at the back, the so-called cushion plate. This is originally made of plastic. Over the years the plates become brittle, wavy and break.

Many of these excellently preserved vehicles are now beautifully restored, individualized or refreshed. Unfortunately, the cover plates are no longer available from the factory.

Therefore, we have digitized the original cover plates and reproduce them in 2 mm aluminum. The plates are precisely laser cut and deburred. They are delivered raw/ without coating. This leaves the customer free to paint, powder coat or foil them.
