The oil cooler hoses on the Mercedes W124 500E / E500 start to leak over the years. Oil leaks from underneath the clamps area. In addition, the hose itself becomes porous. We have put together a repair kit to repair the hose.
To do this, the two compression sleeves must be removed. The new hose is then slid over the fittings and secured with Trunnion hose clamps.
We have selected only the best components for the set: High-temperature oil hose (up to 150°C), Trunnion hose clamp W5 := full stainless steel and original MB scuff protection ring plus Viton gasket.
