For smaller and larger repair work on the Mercedes G-wagon, it is necessary to separate the body from the frame. The original screws for this are made of galvanized steel. Due to the influence of water, dirt and salt, the screws are usually hopelessly rusted. Reusing them is mostly not an option.
In order to avoid these durability issue in the future, we have put together a mounting kit for the body-frame connection in stainless steel. Besides the fasteners we even had the washers reproduced in their original size.
This mounting kit fits in all Mercedes G-models of the W460 series from serial number 027801 and 900569 (last six digits of the chassis/ VIN number) as well as W461 and W463.
Pleae notice that the spacer tubes are not part of this product. You can find these here: frontal spacer tubes with shoulder, straight spacer tubes.
