Many Mercedes young classics suffer from defective E-Gas systems. This is often caused by a defect in the solenoid coil in the throttle valve.
This component is no longer available from the factory. We therefore have the solenoid coil reproduced by a specialist company in Germany.
To replace a defective solenoid coil on throttle bodies of type: A0001415725 or A0001419325, the throttle shaft must be milled out. After replacing the coil, the throttle valve shaft must be welded again.
